Chet is an AI-powered communication platform that provides access to multiple AI models, team collaboration features, video generation, and related services. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are charged based on usage of AI models, video generation, and other premium features.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
You may purchase credits to use the Service. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
IMPORTANT: All gifts and balance transfers between users are final and non-refundable. Once you send a gift or transfer credits to another user, the transaction cannot be reversed. Please verify recipient information before completing any gift or transfer transaction.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
Content generated through AI models may be subject to the terms of the respective AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
When using team features, team owners and administrators have the ability to manage team members, monitor usage, and control access. By joining a team, you acknowledge that team administrators may have access to your usage data within that team context.
The Service integrates with third-party AI models and services (including but not limited to OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHET, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
