Affiliate Commission Terms

Commission Structure

chetpro.com will pay affiliates the following commissions on Qualifying Transactions:

• Tier 1 Direct Referrals: 10 percent of the referred user's net spending for twelve consecutive months beginning on that user's signup date.
• Tier 2 Sub-Referrals: 2 percent of the sub-referred user's net spending for twelve consecutive months beginning on that user's signup date.

If chetpro.com extends a sub-referral's twelve-month earning period, the extension applies equally to the Tier 1 and Tier 2 referrers.

Illustrative Example

If you refer Alice, and six months later Alice refers Bob, chetpro.com will pay you 2 percent and Alice 10 percent of Bob's net spending for twelve months following Bob's signup date.

Covered Services

Qualifying Transactions include paid usage of AI text generation, image generation, video generation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and file storage. chetpro.com may update the list of covered services prospectively.

Eligibility Requirements

A commission is earned only when the referred user:

• Signs up through a properly tracked referral link or code issued by chetpro.com.
• Remits full payment for eligible services.
• Is not flagged for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
• Is not the affiliate, a household member, or a controlled business entity.

Net spending excludes taxes, refunds, credits, reversals, and payment processing fees.

Tracking

chetpro.com's internal tracking system is the sole basis for determining referral attribution, commission eligibility, and payment amounts. Affiliates are responsible for using assigned links correctly.

Payment

Commission payments will be issued monthly, within thirty days after the end of each calendar month, provided the affiliate has reached the published minimum payout threshold and has supplied valid payment details. Returned or failed payments caused by incorrect information may incur processing fees. Commissions subject to refund, dispute, or chargeback will be withheld until resolution.

Modification

Commission rates, earning periods, eligibility rules, minimums, and covered services may be modified prospectively with at least thirty days' notice posted on the affiliate dashboard. Modifications do not reduce commissions already earned prior to the effective date of the change.

Fraud, Abuse, and Misconduct

Generating artificial activity, self-referrals, misleading marketing, unauthorized brand use, spam, incentivized signups, or attempts to manipulate tracking will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. No partnership, agency, joint venture, employment, exclusivity, or fiduciary obligation is created. Affiliates may not make binding statements on behalf of chetpro.com.

Term and Termination

This agreement begins upon affiliate acceptance and continues until terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, no new commissions accrue. Commissions already earned but unpaid remain payable if all eligibility criteria are satisfied and no violations exist.

Disputes

Commission disputes must be submitted within sixty days of the transaction date. chetpro.com's records will control unless clear evidence proves error.

Limitation of Liability

chetpro.com's total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate during the preceding twelve months.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Acceptance

By enrolling, the affiliate acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and is not relying on external representations.
